Hands At Home LLC is a home care agency contracted with Missouri Medicaid . Hands At Home LLC helps consumers with individualized care that enables them to manage their health , maximize their independence, and enjoy the highest quality of life in the comfort of their own home.
Our one-on-one services are provided when, where and how you want them . They include companionship, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, medication reminders, transportation and more.

OUR SERVICES
Consumer Directed Services
Medicaid-based program that provides personal care attendant (PCA) services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and communities.
Participants in the CDS Program employ a personal care attendant (PCA) of their choice to assist them with activities of daily living.
In-Home Services
Hands At Home provides In Home Services through Medicaid approved programs. Our goals are to assist eligible individuals to remain in their own homes while receiving home and
community-based aid services, aid parents
and families in caring for their disabled and/or special needs children while assisting with activities of daily living. This allows for
individuals with disabilities and seniors to
remain independent in their own home and
family support. Hands At Home staff will
ensure you or your loved one gets the personalized care they deserve.

Private Duty
Services, also known as personal care services are paid for out of pocket and do not require a doctor's order. The care is assistance provided in the home or outside of the home.
VetAssist Program
The VetAssist veteran caregiver program helps veterans and their surviving spouses apply for
VA Aid and Attendance benefits and provides
them with in-home.
The VA provides a substantial monthly payment
on top of existing VA pensions for eligible
veterans and surviving spouses.
This supplemental income is added to the
VA Pension or Survivors Pension to help cover
the cost of long-term senior care.
HCY Program
The HCY Program provides service coordination and authorization for medically necessary in-home services for MO HealthNet recipients with special health care needs from birth to age 21. Service coordination includes assessment through home visits and links to services and resources that enable individuals to remain safely in their homes with their families. Authorized services may include personal care, nursing care, and
skilled-nursing visits.
Eligibility
The participant must:
• Be a Missouri resident
• Be birth to age 21
• Need medically necessary services
• Be enrolled in MO HealthNet
